Leadership and succession planning
The Redstart Teaching Alliance (RTA) aims to develop successful succession planning strategies to identify and develop people to fill leadership positions in the future. The RTA recognises the importance of succession planning across all levels of academic and support staff and understands how vital it is to the growth of any school or academy. It is one of the main aims of the RTA to ensure that leadership and succession planning is embedded as part of the alliance CPD strategy.
